Fire protection protects your building and property
Fire protection can effectively increase the resistance of structures in fire situations. Load-bearing structures of steel, concrete, and wood can all be fireproofed.
Cables, furniture and even textiles at different places and surfaces can be fireproofed. Technical implementation of the protection is done with paints, canvases or different kinds of sheeting. Certain materials can also be fireproofed with a protective mortar that prevents the material from catching fire. A

Savings through planning
Fireoff OÜ offers a diverse range of fire protection solutions. Every protection is carried out according to a specific plan. A comprehensive carefully drafted fire protection plan is like putting money in a bank. It enables you to manage the safety of your building with ease. The plan is designed in cooperation with a building designer, a designer of fire safety, and the purchaser. Our service includes:
- an expert on structural fire protection
- advising
- monitoring
- pre-evaluation and implementation of projects.
We always use CE-marked cable protective paints and canvases as well as other certified products for fire protection. For fireproofing steel structures, we use fire protective wool insulation.
For sheeting, we use Promat fire protective boards.
Fireproofing cables also protects immaterial property
Short circuits on cables are common fire starters, and cable loads can be substantial in office buildings, for example. On the other hand, cables can be destroyed due to external fires.
In the worst-case scenario, a data transmission failure puts your company’s immaterial property at risk. Fireproofing cables prevent both fire-starting by short circuits and damages due to external fires. The protective material blocks oxygen from entering the fire pocket, preventing the fire from spreading.
